Terms of Service for Aircraft Maintenance Planning Application

Welcome to Aloft Evermōr's Aircraft Maintenance Planning, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application provided by Aloft Evermōr ("we," "us," or "our"). The app is designed to help pilots manage aircraft maintenance planning, track projects, and generate reports. By accessing or using the Aircraft Maintenance Planning app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to the Service, or otherwise using Aloft Evermōr's application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Account Creation: To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate information, including your email address and a secure password. You must sign up for a subscription.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at info@aloftevermor.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Password Reset: You may reset your password via the email associated with your account if you forget it.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription Plans: The Service requires a subscription plan be purchased via a credit card.
  • Billing: You agree to pay the subscription fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are charged annually via your provided payment method.
  • Payment History: You can view your payment history in your account profile.
  • Changes and Cancellation: You may change or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For refund requests, email info@aloftevermor.com.
  • Notifications: We will notify you via email when a subscription charge is upcoming.

5. Use of the Service

  • Aircraft Management: You may add, view, and manage aircraft details (e.g., tail number, model, manufacturer, year, serial number) within the limits of your subscription.
  • Projects: You may create maintenance projects, upload documents (PDFs, images, scans, or text), and track project stages (e.g., Work in Progress, Work Complete).
  • Provider Information: The Service includes maintenance provider data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of this third-party information.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting to reverse-engineer the software, or using the Service for illegal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Rights: The Service, including its software, design, and functionality, is owned by Aloft Evermōr and protected by copyright and other laws.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload (e.g., aircraft details, work packages). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service (e.g., generating reports).
  • Reports: Final reports generated remain your property for personal use, but we retain rights to the underlying technology and algorithms.

7. Third-Party Data

The Service integrates maintenance provider information. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data, and your use of it is at your own risk.

8. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other lawful reason, with or without notice.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. We may retain certain data as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aloft Evermōr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.


Aloft Evermōr is not responsible for the airworthiness of any aircraft. It is the responsibility of the pilot in command to ensure the proper maintenance has been performed and the aircraft is in condition for safe flight.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that provider information or project reports will meet your expectations or regulatory requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
