What is Aloft Evermōr?
Aloft Evermōr is an app that utilizes Artificial Intelligence and industry data to make aircraft maintenance planning and coordination easier, more efficient, and more thorough. Aloft Evermōr streamlines the entire process of outsourcing maintenance: providing long-term forecasts and budgets, simplifying the quoting process, and paperwork and invoice review, It's an invaluable tool, especially for smaller flight departments.
3 Phases of Maintenance Planning
PHASE 1
Long-Term Forecasting and Budgeting
Users upload a duelist, projecting out up to 5 years. In return, they will receive an annual budget, based on average industry pricing, and a custom plan for all projects within that timeframe, which are optimized for the least downtime and lowest cost.
PHASE 2
Requesting Quotes and Scheduling Projects
As a project nears, the user will be able to send out requests for quotes to multiple maintenance providers with the click of a button. When the quotes are received, they will be analyzed and entered into a simple, easy to read report. The report will provide summaries of each quote received, as well as recommendations based on the user’s preference for least downtime, lowest cost, shortest travel distance, shop ratings, and availability. The user will be able to quickly and easily choose the most ideal provider and lock in dates for the project.
PHASE 3
Paperwork and Invoice Review
When the project is completed, the logbook entries, work order, and invoice can be uploaded. Aloft Evermōr will analyze the documents and compare them to the original quote to check for duplicates, errors, omissions, and unnecessary charges. We want to make sure that the work performed matches what was quoted, that the charges match the work performed, and mistakes such as missed signatures or incorrect aircraft times are caught. The user will receive a list of any red flags found that might need a closer look.
